Choosing a format

Group learning broadens the view. Private learning deepens the context.

Choose a group when…

You benefit from a steady timetable, varied perspectives and practice explaining your reasoning to others.

Choose private sessions when…

Your question is sensitive, highly specific or requires irregular scheduling and sustained contextual work.

Combine both when…

You want shared foundations first and individual support while applying them to a real situation.

Curriculum focus: one operating system at a time

Programmes move from customer demand and unit economics to capacity, delivery flow and a thirteen-week cash view. Each participant chooses one routine to install during the course. Instructors assess whether the routine produces a useful decision, rather than whether a template was completed perfectly.
